Labs - Schedule by Quobo Labs · Last updated September 4, 2026

Schedule (“the app”) is made by Quobo Labs, LLC. This policy covers the web app at labs-schedule.co and the iOS and Android apps. It says what we collect, why, where it lives, and how you delete it.

What we collect

  • Your account. The email address and the identifier your sign-in provider (Apple or Google) issues for you. If you hide your email with Sign in with Apple, we receive the relay address Apple provides instead.
  • What you put in. Meeting answers you type or dictate, audio recordings of answers, documents and files you attach, to-dos and the responses you post on their work logs, memory (corpus) entries, and the messages you send in the corpus chat.
  • What the app derives. The agendas, questions, debriefs, extracted facts, to-dos and queue items the app generates from your answers. These are yours and sit in your account like anything you typed.
  • Your subscription status. Whether your subscription is active, when the current period ends, and which store it came from, relayed to us by RevenueCat (below).
  • Technical records. Your internal user id; the build number and platform the native app sends with each request, used only to tell an install it needs an update; and the standard request logs (IP address, path, timing) our hosting provider keeps for a limited time.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, or an advertising identifier. There are no advertising or analytics SDKs in the app.

How we use it

To run the product: build your agenda, ask and follow up, read your answers against what the app already knows, keep your memory and to-dos, write debriefs, plan the queue, and answer the corpus chat. To keep your account secure and your data scoped to you. To keep old versions of the app working until they are retired. To answer you when you write to us.

We do not sell personal data, do not share it for advertising, and do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Who processes it for us

  • Supabase — the database, sign-in, and file storage. Every row is scoped to your user id by row-level security; audio and documents sit in private buckets and are reached only through short-lived signed links.
  • Vercel — hosts the web app and the API the native apps call.
  • Anthropic — the model provider. Your meeting content, memory, to-dos and attachments are sent to Anthropic’s API to produce the app’s questions, analyses, debriefs and chat answers. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms that content is not used to train its models.
  • Apple and Google — sign-in and purchases. Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play, which handle payment; we never see your card number. RevenueCat receives your user id and purchase status from the store and relays it to us so the app knows your subscription is active.

Everything travels over TLS and is encrypted at rest by these providers.

How long we keep it, and how to delete it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Account → Delete account). That removes your sign-in, your database rows and your stored files. Hosting request logs expire on the provider’s schedule. If you ever bought something, the billing record stays with Apple or Google as their policies require.

Permissions

The microphone is used only while you record a spoken answer. You can decline the permission and type instead. Files you attach are read only to store them and to include them in the analysis of the answer or to-do you attached them to.

Children

Schedule is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top. A change that materially affects how we handle your data will also be announced in the app.
