Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Quobo Labs, LLC (“Quobo Labs”, “we”) for the use of Schedule: the web app at labs-schedule.co and the iOS and Android apps. By using Schedule you accept them.

What Schedule is

Schedule is a personal operations system: spoken or typed check-ins that build a memory of your work, extract to-dos, and plan a queue of what to work on next. The queue lives inside the app. Schedule does not book or sync an external calendar.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google; the first sign-in creates your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You can delete it at any time from inside the app (Account → Delete account), which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Pricing

Schedule is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, Monthly Access, at US$49.99 per month (local prices vary by store), purchased inside the app through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your store’s subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions); access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. New subscribers may be offered a free trial, shown on the purchase screen before you buy: the monthly price is charged when the trial ends unless auto-renew was turned off at least 24 hours before, and any unused part of a trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during it. Where a version of Schedule is available without a subscription, these terms apply to it as well.

Your content

What you put into Schedule stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, process it, send it to the providers named in the Privacy Policy, and show it back to you — and nothing more. We do not use your content to advertise to you or to anyone else.

What the app tells you

Questions, summaries, debriefs, extracted facts and to-dos are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you make from them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Schedule to break the law, to reach data that is not yours, to probe or overload the service, or to upload content you have no right to. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Changes and availability

We work on Schedule continuously and may change, add or retire features. Old versions of the app may stop working once the service moves on; the app will tell you when it needs an update. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Schedule is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, Quobo Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of Schedule, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Schedule after a change means you accept the new terms.
